We specialize in women’s functional fitness training for the older adult. Functional bodyweight resistance training is scientifically proven to be the most effective way to build muscle, strengthen the core, and burn fat – age isn’t a factor. Training with one of our Certified Trainers will allow you to pursue life with greater strength, energy, and vitality.
Whether you're training one-on-one or in a small group of up to 5 people, each 30-minute training session is geared to your individual fitness level and abilities. Regardless of your current fitness ability or previous fitness experience, you're welcome here!
